A family man with 15+ years of building envelope experience, Connor brings a trade-qualified perspective to commercial building envelope work. He's a Red Seal Glazier and IRATA certified rope access technician, who has worked in both field and leadership roles including Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

Waterford was founded to combine hands-on expertise with professional project management, clear documentation and a proactive approach to building envelope asset management.

With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial glazing and building envelope work, [Name] brings extensive field expertise to Waterford. His tenure at the University of British Columbia included leadership in glazing operations, providing hands-on experience managing complex building envelope work in a demanding institutional environment.

A Red Seal Glazier, Journeyman Cladding Installer and Certified Architectural Draftsman, he combines practical trade knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret complex architectural details—giving Waterford a strong technical perspective from assessment through execution.
